Ukranian fears pull back S&P 500 under 2.000 points
August 28, 2014 – U.S. stock markets fell on Thursday, caused by the tensions between Russia and Ukraine, and increasing pressure on Fed to hike interest rate resulted by today’s GDP report . The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 42.44 points or 0.25%, to 17.079,57, the S&P 500 fell 3.38 points or 0.17%, to 1.996,74 and the Nasdaq Composite Index dropped 11.93 points or 0.26%, to 4.557,70.
